The World Mission Society Church of God have received an award for voluntary service from Mayor Councillor Peter Rush. 80 members of the society attended the award ceremony on 6 September at Rochdale Town Hall.

The World Mission Society Church of God has been doing various volunteer work throughout Rochdale, including clean up campaigns and providing entertainment to residents in local care homes. The group also continues to support the local blood drive.

Through their volunteer work, the group wants to inform people of the seriousness of environmental issues.

▶ The  WMSCOG is the true church which was established by Christ Ahnsahnghong(the 2nd Coming Christ) came in the flesh according to all the prophecies of the Bible. And Following the example of Heavenly Mother(God the Mother), who is the Love for its own sake , the members of WMSCOG (World Mission Society Church of God) are eager to lend a helping hand when needed and are looking forward to participating more frequently  all over the world.  God Bless U~ 😉 !!

[Mexico News] World Mission Society Church of God participate in Cleanup Campaign in TOLUCA_WMSCOG

Around 150 members from the World Mission Society Church of God participated in the clean-up campaign today on March 11th in Toluca, Mexico. According to the Church, the campaign was carried out simultaneously in 150 countries around the world to the purpose of protect environment and preparing the Passover scheduled on April 5th in 2012.
One-day clean-up campaign was carried out in Benito Juarez market and empty lot in Toluca. As a center base of Mexico City’s commercial operations, this place is where tons of garbage and organic wastes are accumulated with lots of people commuting to make a purchase every weekend.
By leading of missionary groups of Church of God who came from Korea, the home of this denomination, the volunteers made an effort to collect every waste they found in the site of around 2 hectare by forming a huge human chain.
In the same time zone when volunteers carried out the one-day clean-up campaign in Toluca, another members from the World Mission Society Church of God in other cities such as Veracruz, Tabasco, Chiaoas and Cancun also participated in the clean-up campaign in the rivers, beaches, and oceans. They contributed to the environment to its reversion before the state of the pollution.
Deacon Emmanuel Hernandez from Church of God in Mexico explained that the campaign is to prepare the upcoming Passover on April 5th in 2012, as a part of purifying and saving the earth. In addition, he said Passover is the day we should share the bread and the wine which represent the flesh and the blood of God by celebrating one of the God’s festivals that were kept among Jesus and His disciples.

Attending the World Mission Society Church of God Changed My Life_ Personal experience

Hi, I’m Eduard, a member of the World Mission Society Church of God in New Jersey.

I was raised Catholic and had many questions about the Bible and God for a long time, but I couldn’t find answers. I ended up not believing in the Bible. Living with my brother in Puerto Rico for a year, we tried to find a church that truly follows the Bible, but couldn’t. After moving to New Jersey, one day, my brother called me and said “I found the true church.”
Being surprised, I immediately went to the World Mission Society Church of God and studied, and all the questions that I had were answered. I was so happy. We preached to our parents and brothers about this joyful news of salvation, and now we are all attending the Church of God. World Mission Society Church of God has allowed me to realize what is important in my life and why we need to be thankful for God’s grace. Attending the church was my first time participating in community services, practicing Heavenly Mother’s love.

Eduard is one of the many members in the World Mission Society Church of God, who after attending several churches decided that the WMSCOG was the place for him. In his YouTube video you can hear him explain his story on how he joined the Church, and also how being a member of the Church brought his family closer together.

Just like Eduard, many other members of the World Mission Society Church of God have found answers to questions they always had about the Bible, once they attended the Church. Love comes from the heart! On July 11, 2010, the World Mission Society Church of God held its 2nd biannual Blood Drive. The members of the Church of God, eagerly wanting to share the love of God with neighbors, made preparations for this event. About 270 donors showed up on that day.

The gift of blood is the gift of LIFE!

▶The Passover of the New Covenant is  a sacred command that whoever longs for eternal life must keep(1 Cor. 5:7) and it is he law of life  which  the supreme truth that has the promise of the heavenly inheritance. Therefore, the Passover must be kept even to the end. God bless U.

Hi, this is Lauren. I’ve been attending the World Mission Society Church of God for seven years.
My husband and my two sons are members of the Church of God, and all are attending with joy.
Before I was in the World Mission Society Church of God, I have been to many different churches but my life was always the same. But there was a turning point when my husband started to change. He was being so nice, kind and even was so patient. This all started when he attended the World Mission Society Church of God 11 years ago. He always considered and never made me feel left out even though I didn’t attend the Church of God. I have attended one of the bazaars held by the Church of God, and after few months I studied the Bible with them. Then, I finally became a daughter of Heavenly Mother. From then till now, we are maintaining a happy marriage life.
Do you have misunderstandings that the World Mission Society Church of God is a strange church? Before I became a member, I didn’t know about the church. But now I can boldly say about the benevolent teachings and neighborly love.

The Church of God donated 80 pairs of shoes to a National Children’s House

On December 23, 2012, the World Mission Society Church of God in Atlixco, which believes in the existence of God the Father and God the Mother, held a charity bazaar at Zocalo Public Square to share the love with neighbors in commemoration of the Day of the New Jerusalem.

With the funds raised from the bazaar, the Church of God bought eighty pairs of shoes, sneakers, pencils, pens and tops, which were sent to a National Children’s House for orphans who needed them most on Sunday January 13, 2013.

The World Mission Society Church of God is recognized worldwide for sharing the love with neighbors. The Church members organized playgrounds, handed out sweets and balloons, told stories and made a shadow performance to give love to the children who unfortunately did not have the support of their parents or had been victims of domestic abuse.

Ms. Maria Fabiola Herrera Roses, who was responsible for the institution, expressed appreciation for their support and concern for the children, and for leaving an opportunity for further activities together in the future.

On Sunday, December 23, 2012, about 300 people including the members of the World Mission Society Church of God carried out a “Charity bazaar to help others” in commemoration of the Day of the New Jerusalem. Fund raised through this bazaar for needy neighbors will be used for old people in this case.

The World Mission Society Church of God in Atlixco expressed the purpose of the global activity of sharing love through the motto “Let’s deliver the love of Mother who saves mankind” in commemoration of the Day of the New Jerusalem. As you know, the Church of God believes in the existence of God the Mother as well as God the Father based on the Bible, and is globally recognized as the church that practices the love of God the Mother. Today, it has 2,200 churches in over 150 countries around the world and the number of its registered members amounts to approx. 1.75 million.

The Church of God has been carrying out voluntary service activities to help others in need including regions of natural disasters. Also it has been conducting Worldwide Environmental Clean-up Campaigns and blood drives to give life through the love of the Passover.

These devoted voluntary services of the Church of God in every corner of Global Village, are applauded by every country beyond borders, races and religions. Thus, the United Nations has recognition of the Church of God for these activities.

[Peru News] Blood drive and clean-up campaign of World Mission Society Church of God_WMSCOG

The World Mission Society Church of God encouraged civic awareness by spreading out the blood drive campaign with the Department of Health on March 15th. More than 1200 people devotedly participated in this event to practice its noble meaning of the blood donation.

Under its official name, “‘Love of Passover, Love of Life, Blood Donation Relay”, the event is to be carried out simultaneously in 2200 churches in around 150 countries worldwide. Hundreds of members from the Church of God in Lima and Kayao in Peru took medical eligibility check-ups for blood donation to join the campaign which is originated in Korea.

Considering the low participation for such volunteering work among Peruvians, the event was intended not only to extend the blood drive and but to encourage Peruvian civic awareness.

For this, the World Mission Society Church of God carried out the clean-up campaign in Canta Callao street and cleaned around 20 areas by cooperating with Los Olivos local agency last Sunday.

World Mission Society Church of God visited and shared warmth in Ampang Old Folk’s Home

(30th of May in Ampang) Malaysia News – World Mission Society Church of God visited and shared warmth with the elders in Ampang Old Folk’s Home, through singing and dancing.

The church members sung golden oldies, performed a vignette, and played musical games.

They also took care of the elders by kindly serving them with homemade bread, nutritious drinks, and korean sweet red-bean porridges.

Being fascinated by their performance, the elders couldn’t lose their bright smiles.

Secretary of the welfare committee in Ampang Chia Soon Seong said,

“I am so happy that the members of the Church of God visited us. I truly give thanks to them for holding a performance for the elders.”

She also said, “I could see the elders smiling, which is a rare sight these days.”

 Church of God in Kuala Lumpur visited the Ampang Old Folk’s Home

Delivering happiness with a performance for fifty elders (30th of May, Ampang) Church of God located in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, delivered happiness for 50 elders through a special event, in their visit in Ampang Old Folk’s Home.
The members of the World Mission Society Church of God (General Paster Joo-Cheol Kim) visited the old folk’s home and warmed up the people around them, holding a feast for the elders.
Performing marial arts; Kung-fu, Hapkido, and a vignette(finding the true parents with a small bag), the Church of God members got rid of boredom and monotonous contents that the elders had living in the old folk’s home, and also enhanced their pleasure with nutritious drinks, korean sweet red-bean porridges, and homemade bread.
Secretary of the welfare committee in Ampang Chia Soon Seong said, the elders had a great time with the performance and wished the members of the Church of God to revisit.
“The elders didn’t even bother going to the restroom. They were mesmerized by the Kung-fu, vignette, and singing.”
One of the members of the Church of God Chia Ling Ling said, “It was a great opportunity sharing happiness with the elders.”

She also said, “Since we can learn the wisdom of life through the elders, they deserve to be respected.”
The Church of God was founded by Ahnsahnghong in 1964, and including the present church in Malaysia, there are currently 2,200 churches around 170 countries.
Not only the Church of God does missionary works, but it also hosts many environmental cleanup activities, blood drives, and visits old folk’s homes and orphanages, all based on God’s love.
